I have always been attached to mussels. Most likely because I tried them pickled in a jar for a long time, but the idea to fry in a pan with garlic turned out to be a bomb. Ideal for pasta and of course delicious for beer.
Tartlets with stuffing are an ideal dish for a buffet or a festive table. As a filling, use cheese and garlic paste with the addition of pieces of mussels, crispy cucumbers and fresh dill, serve in sand baskets.
