I’ve been making this sandwich for a long time, probably since the ‘ 90s. You can consider it a snack and cut it into slices on the holiday table, taking it out of the refrigerator immediately. I like it for Breakfast. Everything is there: an egg; butter; a bar. With fresh brewed sweet tea-just fabulous.
These rolls can be prepared as an appetizer for beer or served as part of a snack plate with fish platters. By changing the amount of salt and the composition of spices, you can even turn them into an elegant appetizer for white wine.
