- 170 gram Minced meat
- 200 gram Tomato
- 60 gram Cheese hard
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Spices (herbes de Provence)

- Black pepper (to taste)
- 1/4 pieces Onion
- 2 tablespoons Milk

- Minced meat (I was just scrolling through the meat) add salt and pepper to taste, add finely chopped onion, 2 tablespoons of milk. You can add a little white bread. i.e. we make the usual minced meat for meatballs, which you are used to. Mix the minced meat well. I form 12 meatballs, 3 pieces for each potato half.
- Pour the sauce with a ladle and put it on medium heat, keep it for 2-3 minutes (until boiling). Then I dip the meatballs in the sauce. Simmer the meatballs together with the sauce for 5 minutes. While the meatballs are cooking, prepare the potatoes. I peel it and cut it in half lengthwise. Take out the middle of the potato with a teaspoon so that the boats turn out. I spread the potato halves on a baking sheet covered with foil and sprinkled with a small amount of vegetable oil.
