- Wash, peel and cut potatoes into thin slices (without cutting to the end). To do this quickly and not accidentally cut the potatoes, I took two pencils, wrapped foil. Between pencils placed potatoes-and so cut. Potatoes I took young-well washed, even the skin is not removed. But it is possible to prepare and last year's potatoes.
- Put in the oven until ready. I don't write the exact time as it depends on the potatoes and of course the oven. My dish was prepared almost 1.5 hours at 200C, as the potatoes are young. If the potatoes are from last year, it will take less time. To cheese is not burned and the dish is cooked faster, you can cover the form with foil or lid. Open for 15-20 minutes until tender.
