- 2 tablespoons Raisin
- 4 tablespoons Canned beans (red)
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro

- Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the beets and fry for a couple of minutes. Then add water so that it barely covers the beetroot, add raisins, salt and simmer until the beetroot becomes soft on a spit. Meanwhile, chop the herbs and garlic. Cilantro is best, but if you don't like it and don't eat it, you can use parsley. But I strongly recommend cilantro.
