Beetroot, stewed with Beans and Raisins Recipe
Quite an interesting combination of ingredients for hot dishes, but, nevertheless, delicious. And, importantly, useful.

  1. Cut the beets into cubes, wash the beans and raisins.

  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the beets and fry for a couple of minutes. Then add water so that it barely covers the beetroot, add raisins, salt and simmer until the beetroot becomes soft on a spit. Meanwhile, chop the herbs and garlic. Cilantro is best, but if you don't like it and don't eat it, you can use parsley. But I strongly recommend cilantro.
