The salad is just delicious, I wanted to share. Salad preparation takes only 15-20 minutes. A lean diet (81 kcal) and a simple vitamin mixture for adults and children.
Squeeze the juice out of the lemon. If the lemon is lowered into boiling water for a couple of seconds, it is much easier to squeeze it out.
Mix with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Cut apples into cubes, mix with juice and butter.
Mix with carrots, put on lettuce leaves (I used parsley for the season).
