Ingredients
Cabbage with meat:

- 400 gram Sauerkraut
- 300 gram Cabbage

Tomato marinade:
- 1500 ml Tomato juice
- 1 piece Cucumber
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

- 500 gram Pasta
- 200 gram Champagnons
- 100 gram Radish
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Pepper paste for mushrooms
- Sesame seeds fried, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare fried cabbage with meat. Cut the pork into cubes, and the onion into thin half-rings. Fry on 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Add sauerkraut, depending on its taste, if necessary, it can be washed. Stir, add sugar, fry for 10 minutes on low heat, stir a couple of times.
- Chop the fresh cabbage thinly, rub it lightly with your hands, add it to the pan. Stir and simmer under the lid until tender.
- Add chopped garlic and ground black pepper. For cleaning from salt. Cover with a lid and remove from heat.
- While the cabbage is cooking, prepare the mushrooms. Wipe the mushrooms with a paper towel and cut them into large pieces.
- Fry in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil together with the onion. Add 1 tsp of garlic and pepper paste. Mix it. Postpone.
- Prepare tomato marinade. Wash the cucumbers and radishes and cut them into thin strips. You can do this on a Korean carrot grater or with a knife.
- Stir the cucumber straws in the tomato juice, pour in the vinegar. You can also make tomato sauce or tomato paste from boiled water.
- Stir and add salt/sugar/acid to taste. Postpone.
- Boil the spaghetti. Put the portion in a deep bowl, pour 2/3 of the marinade.
- Add 2 tablespoons of hot cabbage, mushrooms, radishes and sliced cucumbers. Sprinkle with fried sesame seeds.
