Ingredients
Cakes:
- 100 gram Halva
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
- 1/3 teaspoon Cardamom
- 20 gram Dark chocolate
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 80 gram Sugar
- 100 gram Butter
- 3 tablespoons Sour cream
- 120 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
Cottage cheese "cap":
- 350 gram Cottage cheese
- 30 gram Halva optiona
- 50 milliliters Cream can be replaced with sour cream
- 30 gram Sugar powder to taste
- 8 pieces Cherries pitted
Instructions
- Halva grate on a small grater. Mix with cardamom, cocoa and chocolate.
- Beat eggs with sugar until white.
- Add oil at room temperature and beat each time with a spoon.
- Add halva-chocolate mixture, whisking.
- Add sour cream, beat.
- Add flour with baking powder, stir.
- Pour into molds about 2/3 full. From this amount is obtained 8 cupcakes. Bake at 180C for about 30 minutes (until a dry match).
- Cherry jam: berries punch blender (I made 50/50: half left intact) Pour the quittin, stir. Bring to boil. once it boils, add sugar and continue cooking, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
- For the cheese crown: beat all of the ingredients.
- I have special molds with a notch. If you don't have one, make depressions in the cupcakes that fill with jam. Decorate the top with cottage cheese cream.
