Korean carrot salad with three ingredients. I've been wanting to share this recipe for a long time and finally not only cooked it, but also photographed it.
We put the chicken breast to cook for 20 minutes without salt (for me, there is enough salt in carrots and mayonnaise and cook it additionally), meanwhile, peel and chop the onion coarsely, you may like it, but the main thing is not to chop.
Next, fry the onion in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil until soft and golden brown, the onion should be twice as small.
When everything is ready, put the breast on a plate to cool down, and put the onion in a colander so that the excess oil is removed and at the same time also cooled down.
When everything is ready, add our onion to the carrots, then take the breast and pinch it to get the fibers, the main thing is not to cut it, also add it to the salad, mixing will be difficult at first, but in the end everything will mix)))
