Meat Rolls Recipe
These rolls were often prepared by my mother. The name of the recipe is also from childhood. Simple, but very flavorful and juicy rolls.

Instructions
Cut the pork into portions about 1 cm thick (across the fibers).

Cut the garlic into small cubes.
Season the meat with salt and pepper, sprinkle with chopped herbs and garlic.
Roll the rolls. Each roll should be fixed with a thread.
Fry the rolls on both sides in vegetable oil.
Remove the thread from each roll.
Return the rolls back to the pan. Add water and onion. Simmer until tender.
