  1. Mint is fresh and young - much more!!! (I haven't tried dry - I think it will do, you can boil it for a couple of minutes).

  2. Pour 2 liters of boiling water.

  3. Immediately add ginger - a full (with a slide) teaspoon. Cover and let it brew.

  4. When it cools down, add honey, but not to boiling water (honey vitamins die in boiling water and therefore remain). Mix it.
