On the Seabed Recipe
Another version of the seaweed salad. I saw something similar on the site, but not the same without pictures, so here's my plan. In addition, the salad turns out to be very tasty and satisfying. Very tasty. I love seaweed, the combination of ingredients is excellent.
Servings 4
Cook Time 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 200 gram Sea cabbage
- 1 jar Canned fish (mackerel in oil)
- 200 gram Crab sticks
- 2 pieces Carrot
- 2 pieces Onion
- 4 pieces Egg
- Mayonnaise
- Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Peel the onion, slice, fry, let the excess oil drain, cool.
- We do the same with carrots.
- Boil the eggs, peel them. Defrost the crab sticks, unpack.
- We begin to collect our salad, preferably if the bowl is transparent. The first layer is cabbage, sprinkle with mayonnaise. We pour mayonnaise over each layer, but I won't write about it anymore, BUT! - don't forget to do it.
- The second layer is three eggs grated on a coarse grater.
- The third is mackerel (chop it with a fork, do not use mackerel oil!).
- The fourth is onion.
- The fifth is carrots.
- Sixth - cabbage again.
- Seventh, crab sticks. They can be finely chopped, you can - on a grater. I unwrapped them too nicely, so I did this.
- Decorate our salad on top as you wish your soul and imagination. And on the sides it looks like this. Put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, and then use it to the fullest.
