As for beet juice, I still don't use it in large quantities, I prefer to freeze it. And beet juice itself is a polluting product, so I prefer to cook it for the future. And yet, in favor of freezing the juice, says the fact that a freshly prepared drink will not stand for some time in the refrigerator. Therefore, in any case, beet juice should be prepared separately and in advance.
The prepared beet juice is poured into molds and frozen.
