- The recipe has been in our kitchen since the days when there was no Internet yet. The source is a TV show, I don't remember its name now. You can cook any meat. I'm baking pork for today. The products will need very simple-the necessary piece of meat that we will bake will need: bananas, kiwi, cheese. Of the spices, only salt and ground pepper. I advise you not to use an abundance of other spices, so as not to interrupt the aroma of meat with fruit.
- We will wash the meat, dry it, remove unnecessary places. Cut into portions, about 1.5 cm thick. On the portioned pieces of pork, we make incisions with a "grid" and put them on a baking sheet covered with foil, greased with butter. We will cover it with a food stretch while we prepare other products.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. We will wash the bananas and kiwis, peel them, and cut them into circles. In the original, it is recommended not to regret the fruit. I cut the banana thinner than the kiwi: banana 2 mm., kiwi 0.7-0.8 mm., so that the sweetness of the banana is unobtrusive. The surface of the meat is salted, pepper and spread the banana circles, on top — kiwi. On top of the fruit, we pour a cheese cap. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Focus on the work of your oven.
