- 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons Vegetable oil

- Preheat a frying pan and pour a little vegetable oil. The meat is fried on a sufficiently high heat until golden brown. It will only take 1-2 minutes. Do not overcook. It is enough that the meat juice from red becomes transparent. Pour 1-2 teaspoons of soy sauce into the pan, evaporate it (5-10 seconds) and immediately remove the pan from the heat.
- Mix all the salad ingredients, i.e. add meat, raisins, nuts (seeds), sugar, mayonnaise to the bowl and mix gently. Nuts (seeds) are better to knead slightly. By the way, not everyone likes nuts in a salad, so it's not necessary to introduce them into the salad. You can add lemon juice to the salad. Salt - to taste. We send the salad to the refrigerator, let it stand before serving for at least a couple of hours.
