Boil the eggs and clean them. Separate the yolks from the whites. Cut the whites into small cubes and leave the yolks for decoration.
I took the calamari frozen and not cleaned. When they were slightly thawed, I easily removed the skin from them and pulled out the entrails, washed them. Then boiled in boiling water, salted water. The carcasses were boiled one at a time , every two minutes. If the squid is digested , it will become tough.
Cut into small cubes.
Add the garlic passed through the press, salt, pepper and mayonnaise to the eggs and squid , and mix. Salad is ready.
Part of the salad I put in tartlets and sprinkled with a mixture of aromatic herbs, part put in glasses, sprinkled with yolk and garnish with lemon.
