Cut the mushrooms, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Allow to cool.
Chop the garlic. Chop the parsley coarsely, mix with the olive oil, garlic and the remaining lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put the mixture of parsley and garlic on a platter. Then the fried mushrooms. Sprinkle with seeds.
