- by eye Vegetable oil
- 1/8 bunch Basil
- 1/8 bunch Dill
- to taste Lemon juice

- Pour vegetable oil on a baking sheet, quite generously, so that it is enough to coat all the zucchini. Cover each slice on a baking sheet with oil, turning it over. Spread out in one layer and add salt. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Cool the finished zucchini to warm and put it in a plate directly with the oil with which they were baked.
