Instructions
- First of all, prepare the sauce. To do this, prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- In a small saucepan, pour the vegetable oil and heat well. Onions pass through a meat grinder or chop in a blender.
- Fry the onion for 5-7 minutes.
- Then pour the tomato into the onion, passed through a meat grinder or crushed in a blender. Stir, bring to a boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Pass the bell pepper, garlic and hot pepper through a meat grinder or grind in a blender and add to the tomato sauce. Stir and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Then add salt, sugar and spices to the sauce.
- Add the chopped coriander and Basil to the sauce, mix everything together and cook for 10 minutes.
- The fragrant and savory sauce is ready. It is so versatile that it is suitable for almost any dish: potatoes, pasta and meat. It is quite thick, so it will be an excellent "spread" on bread for the first courses.
- Now let's get to the second, main part. To do this, prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- From the necessary ingredients, knead the dough. It is moderately soft and practically does not stick to your hands. It is comfortable to work with. Round the dough, cover with a napkin and leave on the table.
- While the dough is "resting", prepare the filling. To the minced meat, add finely chopped onions and bell peppers, chopped parsley, salt, hops-suneli and a mixture of ground peppers. Pour in the vegetable oil and mix everything well. Cook quail eggs.
- Prepare the filling for samsa. To do this, form small koloboks from minced meat, placing quail eggs inside.
- Knead the dough well, it will be even more elastic and divide into equal 10 parts. Roll out each part, put the meat filling in the middle and roll it into a bag.
- Smear the prepared samsa with egg and put it in a preheated 180* oven for 30 minutes ( use your oven)
- Delicious, fragrant samsa is ready. And when combined with a spicy hot sauce, it's even tastier.
- Would you refuse such a samsa? I'm definitely not...)
