- Step 1Boil the spaghetti in a large amount of water with salt. Then drain the water, put it back, add the olive oil and pepper if desired. Cover and let cool.Step 2Cut tomatoes and mozzarella into cubes. Combine the spaghetti, tomatoes, mozzarella and Basil leaves in one bowl and season with olive oil and white wine vinegar. Stir well. (I added a little more salt and pepper at the end and mixed it again) done!be sure to try to make this salad, it is a great option for lunch in the summer)
