Ingredients
- 200 gram Zucchini
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1/2 pieces Onion
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro
- Vinegar (spicy, 6% - 1 tbsp+1 tbsp water, if you like vinegar, you can add more)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Spices (salt, black or red pepper)
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

- We cut the zucchini into thin slices (I cut the noodles with a knife for curly slicing) or ribbons (with a vegetable peeler). Grate the carrots on a medium grater. Cut the onion into thin half rings Finely chop the garlic and crush it with the blunt side of a knife. Add finely chopped cilantro, diluted spicy vinegar, vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste to the rest of the products.
