Beat the strawberries in a blender with the sugar and RUB through a sieve to remove the seeds.
Add vanilla, yogurt and liqueur to the strawberry puree and mix well. If you don't have this liqueur, replace it with strawberry.
Put the finished dessert in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Serve with cream, sweet berries, a sprig of mint, candied fruits in chocolate and sponge croutons.
