  1. Pre-boil the rice in a convenient way for you and cool it. Chop 2 pieces of onion finely, grate carrots on a coarse grater. Put the fried vegetables until soft in vegetable oil. Wash the peppers, cut off the caps and peel the seeds from the inside of the peppers.

  2. Spices, garlic passed through a press, and onion grated on a coarse grater are added to the minced meat. Mix the minced meat thoroughly. Then add the cooled rice and sauteed vegetables to the minced meat. Pour in 100 ml of cold boiled water and knead the minced meat.

  3. Fill the pepper with our filling and fry the pepper on both sides in vegetable oil until browning. Then reduce the heat. Dilute ketchup with sour cream in 300 ml of boiled cold water and pour into pepper. Simmer the pepper over medium heat, almost low, under the lid for 40-60 minutes.
