Beat the eggs with a mixer on high speed with sugar, salt and butter. Pour in half of the boiled warm water and mix. Add the baking powder and flour.
Beat with a mixer for no more than 30 seconds. Then pour in the remaining water and continue to beat for another 30 seconds. Heat the pan well and lubricate the pan with vegetable oil with a silicone brush each time. Bake pancakes on both sides.
