Turkey with Onions in Barbecue Sauce Recipe
This turkey can be used on a picnic as a filling in sandwiches, to cook with it shawarma, burrito. Or simply serve as an independent dish with a salad.

  1. Rub the turkey thigh steaks with salt, paprika and cayenne pepper, drizzle with lemon juice and leave for 10 minutes.

  2. If you have a special pan for grilling on coals-cook on it. If not, then on the grill pan. Heat the grill properly, quickly fry the steaks on both sides, 2-3 minutes on each side.
