Peel and wash the potatoes. Fill with water and put to boil. When the potatoes are cooked, add salt to taste.
Finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and butter. Fry the onion with garlic, add a pinch of salt and sugar. Fry until golden brown.
Finely chop the dill.
Drain the water from the finished potatoes and add the roasting with dill. Mix well.
