- Pre-soak the gelatin, according to the instructions on the package. It can be soaked in water or in a water/milk mixture. The amount of gelatin depends on what consistency of jelly you want and the strength of the gelatin itself. I calculate 10 g per 300 ml of solution. In this case, I take 20 g per 200 ml of water/milk (for soaking) + 400 ml of yogurt.
- We take the glasses out of the freezer, put the strawberry halves on the jelly close to the wall of the glass. Lightly press the strawberries against the glass. Put it back in the freezer for 30 minutes. We need the strawberries frozen to the glass, so that the yogurt mousse does not seep through the strawberries. I took out the glasses twice in 30 minutes and pressed the strawberries against the glass.
