- 1 glass String beans with a capacity of 150 ml
- 1 piece Carrot
- 10 pieces Cauliflower inflorescences

- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 piece Onion
- 30 gram Butter
- 0,5 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Paprika sweet
- Salt to taste

- String beans, young green peas, carrots and cauliflower inflorescences put in a pan in boiling salted water and cook them for just 5 minutes. We throw it in a colander, let the water drain completely and cool down a little. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the garlic, and in a minute add the onion. Gilding until soft. Do not overcook, and it will not be delicious!
- Put the vegetables in the bowl of a blender. We also send onions with garlic. Add nutmeg and sweet paprika. Put the butter, cut into pieces. It should be soft. Break everything into a homogeneous mass. Try for salt. I was annoyed and broke everything again.
