- Essence (almond, a few drops or almond oil 1 tsp.)

- Wash the duck legs and RUB them with sea salt and pepper. Turn on the oven to maximum heat. Put the legs in the preheated oven and reduce the temperature to 180 degrees, bake for 35 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the legs stand for another 5 minutes in a warm oven. Remove the legs and let them cool.
