Bright, interesting and unusual salad with baked duck, will diversify any festive table and surprise guests and relatives. A dinner for two, it will give refined notes, and emphasize the romantic atmosphere.
Wash the duck legs and RUB them with sea salt and pepper. Turn on the oven to maximum heat. Put the legs in the preheated oven and reduce the temperature to 180 degrees, bake for 35 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the legs stand for another 5 minutes in a warm oven. Remove the legs and let them cool.
Wash, dry and slice the lettuce leaves. For dressing, mix olive oil with balsamic vinegar and almond essence.
Wash the cherries, since I have frozen cherries, I washed them with hot water in a colander, then immediately cut them into halves and sent them to the salad.
