Ingredients
- 100 gram Walnuts
- 400 gram Squid
- 400 gram Mushroom
- 2 pieces Onion
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 70 gram Cheese hard
- 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons Sour cream
- 30 ml Vegetable oil
- Allspice to taste

Instructions
- Step 1 clean the Squid and cook for 2 minutes in boiling water, cool and cut into strips. Chop the nuts finely. Mushrooms and onions cut and fry in vegetable oil over high heat until Golden. Grate cheese on a grater. Step 2 mix sour Cream with mayonnaise, add salt, pepper and mix everything together.
