- Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater and put them to fry in a small amount of oil. Cut the bell pepper into strips, chop the garlic finely with a knife, slice the tomatoes and add to the vegetables, continuing to simmer the vegetables on low heat under a closed lid, pour 50 ml of water.
