- Place the peppers on a baking sheet greased with sunflower oil. Put the slices of tomatoes on an empty place and add salt to them. At the same time, add salt and pepper, but do not overdo it. Brush the peppers with sour cream on top - the best homemade dish. Put in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
