Delicious, juicy, not quite usual, with very simple ingredients! For lovers of new flavors, I offer a salad with crab sticks, but in an unusual design. Thanks to cabbage and cucumbers, the salad turns out very juicy, with a crunch. And fried potatoes make it incredibly fragrant.

Instructions
- Crab sticks should be taken chilled. If you have frozen ones, let them thaw well, then blot them as tightly as possible on paper towels. (the mass, which in stores in bulk in trays, simply does not fit, only the smell of starch from the promised fish scraps remains!) Cut into chopsticks at an angle 5-7 mm wide.
- To fry the crab sticks, use a non-stick frying pan. Pour vegetable oil into the pan so that the entire bottom is covered, heat it well. If you do not have a mesh cover, cover with a paper towel if it "shoots" strongly, but if you wet them well, the sticks will not shoot. Chopsticks do not need to be mixed, so as not to peremyat! Just lay out the diced ones in one layer, fry until golden brown, gently turn over with a wide spatula on the other side. Fry on the other side. Put it on paper towels to drain the oil. Divide the chilled ones if they stick together. Of course, a lot depends on the quality of the product, but we are preparing for such a wonderful holiday, for ourselves and loved ones!
- Put it on a serving dish: 1. Half a mixture of cabbage and cucumbers, 2. The next layer is potatoes, 3. Another layer of cabbage with cucumbers, 4. Now crab sticks, 5. And corn. 6. Pour the sauce over the entire surface of the salad and sprinkle with green onions. Fried potatoes, fried "fish", cucumber, green onions, yes with sour cream! That's the taste of this salad! The salad turns out to be incredibly tasty, juicy and rich, with a minimum amount of products.
