Without exaggeration, I can say that this is one of the most delicious dishes “in a hurry” that I have tried recently. Ideal for a hearty breakfast, picnic, quiet family gatherings or a stormy meeting with friends over a glass of beer.
Hearty, delicious buns! It will be suitable for breakfast and tea with sour cream, and for lunch with broth. When mixing two types of different flour, the dough turned out to be a beautiful color.

Cheese cakes are a classic! Where only we didn’t eat them… in kindergarten, school, canteens. But the most delicious, of course, homemade!!! From which comes the comfort and warmth of the beloved hands that made them! And, of course, there are a lot of fillings in homemade cheesecakes.
We offer chefs a recipe for a cake, the cooking process of which resembles a “Liquid cheesecake”. In my version, I replaced the curd filling with pudding. The pie turned out to be very tasty, with a slightly moist dough structure and with a delicate filling, supplemented with candied fruits.
Classics of the genre – baking with pressed yeast, homemade eggs, milk, cheese – and enjoy these cheesecakes! They are a thousand times better than those that are now sold in stores. Try it, you won’t regret it!
