Asparagus Salad Recipe
Salad for lovers of asparagus and fried onions. An incredibly interesting and satisfying salad will complement any lunch!

PREPARE ASPARAGUS IN ADVANCE! Pour boiling water, leave for 3 hours. After the time has elapsed, check if it is ready.
Chop half of the onion finely, scald with boiling water, pour vinegar for 5-10 minutes.
Finely chop 1.5 onions, grate carrots on a coarse grater.
Fry the carrots and onions.
Cut the finished asparagus into 0.5-1 cm pieces, season with salt and pepper.
Combine all the ingredients.
Mix everything with mayonnaise.
