Cut the meat into medium cubes. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with paprika. If desired, you can also add spices to taste. Put in the refrigerator for an hour.
Finely chop the onion, put it in a cold cauldron (without oil).
Put the meat on top of the onion without stirring. Cover with a lid. Allow to boil, reduce heat (do not stir)
When the onion will release the juice and it will cover the meat, you can stir.
Cook until the meat is cooked. If the onion liquid is not enough, you can add a little water.
