  1. Cut the beef into medium pieces. Put it in a saucepan or saucepan with a thick bottom. Cut the onion into half rings and put it on top of the meat. Cut the butter into small pieces and put it on top of the onion. Fill with boiled cold water. Don't mix anything. Cover the pan with a lid and set the heat to maximum.
