Berry Sorbet Recipe
There are hot days and I really want something cool and sweet)) Since we don't eat store-bought ice cream, I always do homemade, today I decided to make a berry sorbet that will cool down in such hot weather. Everything is natural, and therefore I'm not afraid to give to kids, but still the measure is also needed))

Ingredients
- 600 gram Berries
- 100 gram Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Water
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
Instructions
- Add water and lemon juice to the sugar.
- Put on a slow fire and, stirring, cook the sugar syrup.
- Cool the syrup and pour the berries into it. Grind everything in a blender.
- Put the berry puree in a container and close the lid. Put it in the freezer for 2 hours.
- Every hour, the sorbet should be beaten with a mixer or stirred with a spoon.
- Spread on the cream and enjoy)
