Chia Seed Pudding Recipe
Chia seeds are known for their beneficial properties. Pudding from these seeds is prepared very simply. This dessert is lactose-free, gluten-free, no added sugar. Enjoy without harm to your health and figure!
Instructions
  1. STRAWBERRY PUDDING:1. Cut the strawberries into pieces and mash them with a fork until they have the consistency of a mush 2. Add sugar substitute 3. Chia seeds 4. Soy milk 5. Mix well 6. Put the pieces of strawberries on the bottom of the glass 7. Add a mixture of chia seeds, strawberries and soy milk 8. Refrigerate for 2 hours or more

  2. BANANA PUDDING:1. mash 1/2 part of the banana until it has the consistency of a mush 2. Add chia seeds 3. Oat milk 4. Mix well 5. Put the banana slices on the bottom of the glass and add the mixture of banana, chia seeds and oat milk 6. Refrigerate for 2 hours or more
