- 1/2 pieces Banana
- 200 ml Milk
- Sugar substitute to taste

- STRAWBERRY PUDDING:1. Cut the strawberries into pieces and mash them with a fork until they have the consistency of a mush 2. Add sugar substitute 3. Chia seeds 4. Soy milk 5. Mix well 6. Put the pieces of strawberries on the bottom of the glass 7. Add a mixture of chia seeds, strawberries and soy milk 8. Refrigerate for 2 hours or more
