Let's start with cutting up the chicken.
First, cut out the neck bone. If you get your fingers into the neck, you can find a bone similar to a dilute compass. Remove it.
Then turn the chicken over on its chest and cut out the spine.
Let's turn the chicken over and press hard on the chest, as if using artificial respiration.
Now, on both sides, brush with olive oil, all the spices and salt.
On a baking sheet, make a pillow of thickly sliced onion rings. Put the chicken on this pillow.
Bake at 200 degrees.
After 20 minutes, reduce the temperature to 150 degrees and bake until tender, only about 30-40 minutes.
After the chicken is cooked, remove it, cover and leave for 10-15 minutes.
