Grate the boiled beets on a fine grater and strain the juice through a sieve. Per serving-50 ml.
You can also make smoothies from these products, then just cut the beetroot into pieces, chop it in a blender with kefir and herbs, but try it in the form of a cocktail.
Pour well-cooled kefir into a deep glass. Add beet juice to it.
Wash the greens, lightly Pat them with a paper towel and chop them finely,
pour into the kefir-beet mixture, mix the contents, literally in two or three circular movements.
Add a sprig of greens and you can enjoy a healthy drink, I liked the contrasting "transitions" from juice to kefir, when they are not very mixed. Try it!
