- We take the zucchini and grease it with a small amount of cheese (we take 15-20% cheese, you can replace it with a semi-hard one, then take a thin piece per serving) and wrap the eggplant with a tomato. Do not apply a lot of cheese, otherwise it will flow out when wrapping, a barely noticeable thin layer will be enough for both taste and satiety.
