Today I want to share with you a recipe for dried tomatoes, which are prepared literally in 30 minutes. You will not need an oven, and you will not have to dry them for a long time. As soon as I found out about this recipe, now I cook only in this way.
Cut the cream in half and spread it on a flat plate with a slice up.
We put it in the microwave for 5 minutes. Then, we drain the released juice into a container.
After the first five minutes, tomatoes need to be salted, sprinkled with sugar, pepper and season with dried basil. We send it to the microwave for another 5 minutes. Then, we let off steam, and send it for another 3 minutes.
At the bottom of the jar, pour olive or sunflower oil. Then, in layers, we alternate the dried tomatoes, finely chopped garlic, oil and juice, which we drained.
We twist the jar and store it in a cold place.
After a couple of days, these tomatoes can already be opened and enjoyed.
