- The number of products is given conditionally, depending on the size of the form and the number of available fish. I can fit just six small trout in my form. The recipe is so simple that there is not much to photograph. First, clean the fish, gut it, and wash it. I usually buy already gutted, so the cooking time is shortened.
- Top with lemon juice and sprinkle with the remaining herbs. Put the fish in a baking dish, add a little water to the bottom. The fish will let the juice out later. Cover the form with foil and bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake the fish until Golden brown, this is about 10 minutes. The fish is ready, it is fragrant with herbs, very tasty. On the side dish is best suited potatoes.
