- Clean the fish, wash it, gut it. Cut into portions. I like bigger pieces, but you can cut them thinner. Season with spices for fish, you can add a mixture of peppers. You can buy a ready-made mixture of seasonings for fish and use only it. Leave the fish to marinate in the seasoning for 10-15 minutes in a cool place.
