You can buy a ready-made mixture of seasonings for fish and use only it. Leave the fish to marinate in the seasoning for 10-15 minutes in a cool place.
At this time, peel, wash and chop the vegetables.
Cut the onion into half rings.
Cut potatoes into large plates up to 1 cm thick .
Bulgarian pepper cut into 4 parts.
Cut the tomatoes into slices.
Cut the garlic into thin slices.
Put the vegetables in layers in a thick-walled saucepan or goose nest in this order: onions, potatoes, bell peppers, garlic.
Season each layer with salt and pepper to taste.
Put a layer of fish on top.
Put slices of tomatoes and herbs on top.
In my case, dill.
Pour vegetable oil on top, close the lid tightly and put in the oven, preheated to 180 ° C, for 60 minutes.
If there is no tightly closing lid, you can use foil.
10 minutes before the end of the cooking process, I remove the lid.
You can leave the dish in the oven off for another 10 minutes.
