For the marinade, mix 50 ml of orange juice, oil, soy sauce (1.5 tbsp). Put the fish in it, roll it on all sides and leave for 30 minutes.
Chop the nuts with the onion and prunes.
Mix with the remaining juice, honey and soy sauce. The sauce is ready.
Cut the lemons into thin slices and place them on a wire rack. Put the fish on top and the lemons again. Cook the fish on both sides for about 10 minutes.
The fish under the lemons will turn out juicy, with a slight sourness, but not fried. If this option does not suit you, cook without lemons.
