- Young zucchini have a very delicate taste, so I don't like to overload them with spices. But, if desired, they can be lightly sprinkled with vinegar to give a little piquancy. Fry the young zucchini very quickly, it will take a maximum of 15 minutes. Sprinkle the finished zucchini with finely chopped herbs.
