Granola Oatmeal Cookies Recipe
The most popular cookies using oatmeal are easy to prepare, healthy, delicious and have many different variations. In my recipe, instead of oatmeal for the dough, I used granola. This is the same baked porridge with honey. dried fruits and nuts.

Instructions
- Prepare the necessary products. Grind the granola in a blender to a fine crumb.
- Dissolve honey in boiling water and add soda.
- Melt the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds and add to the sliced granola.
- Pour boiling water with honey and soda dissolved in it into the same place. Add salt.
- Sifted flour.
- Add sugar and cinnamon.
- Knead the dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Divide the dough into pieces, about 55 grams each. Roll up the balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake cookies in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for no more than 15 minutes.
